there-ther-there was a dementor in the train!! a DEMENTOR! it felt as if i had never been happy again. it was horrible!

But anyways i got a new cat named Crookshanks! it so adorable i ll show u pictures of her later. but ron keeps fussing about how crookshanks is going to kill scabbers honeslty! who would kill that bloody rat!

the staircase today changed and well......this is all i have to say.

Three headed Bloody dog. guarding a trap door. it was bloody scary.me ron and harry were screaming..and filchs cat almost saw us.

oh you should have beeen in the compartment on the train with harry, ron, and i. oh! those are my new friends. harry potter and ron wealsey. ron dosent know the first thing about casting a spell i can tell. *rolls eyes*. but he is nice all the same. harry is very down-to-earth. i thought he wouldnt be, but i guess i was just assuming from all the celebrities in the muggle world. he is so different tho.

well..when we got to the station, a huge man, named hagrid took all the first years over in boats to the castle. it was amazing. the castle is even better in person. Hogwarts, A History  really helped tho. i knew so much more about the castle than anyone else. they were all so impressed... *grins*. when we got into the castle, the Great Hall was brilliant. i've never seen anything so amazing in my life!! there were candles floating in mid-air, so many witches and wizards, brillant professors, and the way the food appeared before you was unbalivable!!

there was this tatterd old hat that sang a song then told us what house we were in. i of coarse, made it into gryffindor which i had hoped to get into, after reading about how great it is.

the common room, and dormotories are also superb. this is sooo exciting!! i just cant wait to send mum and dad an owl tomorrow. ill have to find the owl..owle...owlery tomrrow since i dont have an owl of my own.
